It looks the same as a Thawing Ice Pick and an Ice Pick. There are various spawns, for example, here, here, here, here, here, here, here or here . Note that Dwarven Pickaxes cannot be used to open holes (you cannot use it). Item temporarily obtained in the Explorer Society Quest. They also spawn in deeper mines.
