Dwarf henchmen are a rare kind of Dwarves which is only found in a certain place.
In order to reach them you must have advanced to the 7h mission of the Secret Service Quest.

Strategy
Kill these fast with area attack spells like Divine Caldera/Groundshaker or runes such as GFB. The Dwarf Dispenser summons an unlimited amount of them. The faster you do it the less you will waste. A group of 3 mages throwing Great Fireballs, should kill them fast with little problem.
