Dusalk's Troll Clan Cave is located between Kazordoon and Venore, east of the Dwarven Bridge, you need a shovel to open the hole that is hidden behind a tree. This cave includes many Trolls so you can hunt here well as a lower level. But be careful there's a Minotaur Archer and a Minotaur Mage in the lower level of the cave that could be lured, even to the surface.

Also, there you can find Daily Respawns of 12 Troll Green and other items, they're located on a small room filled with bugs and bats, west of the entrance.
