To reach this lair, you have to pass the Star Room in Drefia, including the altar with Necromancers and Priestesses. Only players that are level 60 and above can enter the lair. There are around 20 Wyrms on the bottom floor with several small hills where Wyrms usually come in pairs. In a tomb near the eastern wall, you can find a single Grim Reaper.
