The Dragon Scale Set includes all equipments that have been made from Green Dragon Scales. Despite the appearance, it cannot be crafted from Green Dragon Scales. It's a subset of the Dragon Set. All parts of Dragon Scale Set, except for the armor, are rare and expensive and some doesn't even exist on regular servers. The Great Shield is the only item that doesn't have "Dragon" written on it's name. The Tatty Dragon Scale Legs is not often considered an item os this set because it's a celebration item and has low armor value, but as the Dragon Scale Legs is unobtainable, it is sometimes used.
