Effect

This spell may be weak early on, but its damage increases with your Magic level and level.
Before Winter Update 2007 this spell was called Force Strike and inflicted Physical Damage. It is a very good spell when hunting strong creatures because it requires a small amount of mana.
History
Used to be called Force Strike, and caused Physical Damage. The required experience level was 11, and it used to cost 600 gp to learn the spell. This was changed in the 8.1 Update, as well as the graphic. Also, Druids used to be able to learn this spell, but now only Sorcerers can learn this spell. Used to look like this:
