History
It could be enchanted with the Hit Points Leech bonus by asking Yana for it till Summer Update 2017. There were three levels of charging:
On the same update, this weapon received 3 imbuing slots and its attack and hit modifier values were adjusted to the to values of its overcharged version.
With the Winter Update 2017, Crossbow of Carving, Crossbow of Mayhem and Crossbow of Remedy were merged into 
Crossbow of Destruction.
