Critical Hits, introduced with Summer Update 2016, is a way to deal more damage than usual. Critical Hits have a certain chance to be triggered and a certain amount of extra damage. The chance to trigger a Critical Hit can be increased by the Low Blow Charm.
The known sources of Critical Hits are:
- weapons imbued with Basic, Intricate or Powerful Strike
- weapons with a permanent Critical Hit chance
- specific creatures that are capable of doing critical hits against players
