The Community Management department is a department of CipSoft, where the people work who have the closest contact with the players. They form a link between the Tibian community and the rest of CipSoft.

Responsibilities[]

According to the career section on CipSoft website, these are the responsibilities a community manager can have:

  • Write informative articles about Tibia in English for the community
  • Be the messenger in the forums, who conveys messages confidently and constructively even on controversial, conflict-ridden topics
  • Collect feedback from users, evaluate them in a targeted manner and share the information with colleagues
  • Support the product management and development teams to improve the development of Tibia
