The Brimstone Bug Caves are two separate caves populated by Brimstone Bugs, hence their names. One of them can be found in the Northern Zao Plantations here and the other in the northern part of the Muggy Plains here.

It might be a good idea to bring some Bronze Amulets to your hunt, as Brimstone Bugs can drain your mana really quickly when in larger groups.
