Once used inside of a Protection Zone, they will teleport you in front of the Ferumbras Citadel and the text will appear:
"Magical sparks whirl around the boots and suddenly you are somewhere else."
Note: These boots have a 24 hour cooldown and cannot be verified by looking at them.
Only way to verify them is putting them in depot and looking on them at the market, seeing as only a pair with charges can be sold via the market
