Location
Only in Black Knight's Villa beneath the Green Claw Swamp (northwest of Venore). You need to be over level 50 to enter.
Strategy
Enumerate and Rune Farmer, a blocker/mage duo, vs. the Black Knight
The most efficient duo-strategy to kill it faster would be a Knight blocking the BK while a Paladin uses Divine Missiles and Flash Arrows or Flaming Arrows on it, since he is weak against Holy Damage and the elemental damage of the arrows will overpass the Black Knight's armor.
