Arthei was once a normal person and a citizen of Carlin. He, his wife Kala, and his brothers Marziel, Lersatio, and Boreth, travelled to Yalahar in order to find a new home. From that moment on Marziel started keeping a diary. This creature is the strongest of all vampire bosses and the fourth and last boss you will encounter during the Blood Brothers Quest.
You will receive The Dust of Arthei when you use a Blessed Wooden Stake on his dead body. A Ghost's Tear is required to face him.
