She will only talk to you if you are able to speak the language of wolves, otherwise she will only say GRRRRRRRRRRRRR. Her real name is Faolan, as said by Ceiron who refers to her as the Great Wolf Mother.
The language of wolves can be learnt from Ceiron.
She is the NPC for the last step of the Druid Outfits Quest. She will grant you the final reward of the Druid Outfits Quest.
