Dusalk's Troll Clan Cave is located between Kazordoon and Venore, east of the Dwarven Bridge, you need a shovel to open the hole that is hiden behind a tree. This cave includes many Trolls so you can hunt here well as a lower level. But be careful theres a Minotaur Archer and a Minotaur Mage in the lower level of the cave that could be lured, even to the surface.

It also includes a grave with this inscription:

Also, there you can find Daily Respawns of 12 Troll Green and other items, they're located on a small room filled with bugs and bats, west of the entrace.
